lobster reports

wayne ,,,let me know when your down we can meet up and fish

Dozen keepers today but it was one trap 2-4 keepers and then nothing not even shorts in the next 2 traps and then repeat.......A lot of small tautog this week....they can be a pain in the ass......you guys let me know when you are bass fishing I will hook up with you guys.........

rob same here 7 keepers 3 in one none in the next ,,, ive been doing some fishing , rob wayne is going to be down next week for a few days maybe we can all get out there ,,, as far as lobys go alot of shell rot , almost all that ive caught look bad taste good though ,, let me know if you guys want to get out

Jigging tinkers at the east end.....I have been fishing the beaches and doing well with the macs...fish to 30 pounds and I have the beach all to myself!!..

THINGS ARE PICKING UP ON MY END ,, ALL GOOD FOR THE SUMMER , WAYNE I CK , ON YOUR GEAR SUN IT ALL LOOKED GOOD !

Checked my traps today. Still getting a few. I kept a tautog for dinner. The lobsters I am getting right now are all new shells.....very pretty animals......

Checked Sun. 7/1/12, 7 Keepers ,2 keepers threw back major shell rot.3 shorts. Good day Lobstering. Took home 5 Total. No Eggers,seems like I always get Eggers?

Yes...I am not seeing many eggers right now either......fished down the west end this daybreak.....very big tide.....lobster pots half out the water all over the place...looked in a few of them....did not see one lobster!......biting bugs very bad!!....I was covered in ben's super strong spray and I was still getting chomped!!.....Later I watched a guy down near chuck's traps catch a real nice striper on a plug....maybe 35 lbs.........

yea things realy heating up for sure,, my best june and start of july thus far ,alot of shell rot , and some soft shell ,, fishing good in duxbury ,, and cohasset ,, not much to fish the ditch ,,,

Glad the beach fishing is good up that way.....same here on the ccb beaches.....but no bait to fish the beaches with the last week or so.....chuck...if you see any pogies set up residence for the summer up your way would you give me a heads up please......

hows things looking boys fishing has rewaly dropped off in these warm temps but lobster is great ,, hit duxbury this am not even a bump

Checking traps today......no pogies in duxbury......place is huge piece of water......

Eight keepers today....only a couple of shorts and no eggers.....One trap had 3 tog in it and a couple of traps were empty......

Had Most Traps Empty,2 Keepers,both Culls.3 Baby Shorts. Not a Real Good YR. In my Area.

no poogies what? the place was swarming with them all under the brdge ,, anyways got 5 keepers , no eggers , all nice clean lbys ,,

wayne next time down try some of my poogies for bait ive been doing great since june 1 with them ,,

Would you guys be so good as to let me know when you are seeing pogys up that way??....I pulled the hook on a really nice fish last night........

Beach fishing on the upper cape is good right now.....Taking a few keepers to market daily on the commercial days.......Checking traps next weekend.....

Nice Catch Rob,There has been little Action @ The Ditch.Do you thing water Temp.has something to do with it? I have not seen anything move for awhile.

nice job rob what is up with the pimple fish ive heard there is alot of that this year, nice to see ya yesterday wayne ,, as i was checking gear i found that 2 of my traps were gone and that somone elase moved in my area and set on top of me with nice new traps with yellow poly rope , now i did not cut him loose but i did put him up on the rocks ,,,shit heads

Chuck.....Try and be patient before you lose your cool on that guy.....But ask him about your missing traps.....Those marks on the bass are a bacteria....Not only bass have it either...they had some shad at joe's that had it as well.....It's on the skin though not in the meat.....I'm finding fish on the CCB beaches....the water in cooler and they like it although they like the bottom of the canal especially at high slack as that would be the coolest water in the ditch.........

thanks rob i will try ,, to be as patiant as possible pissed about my traps though they fished well ,, nice to know that does not bother the meat
