So....the art/drawing program for 10 year olds on my computer was to tough for me to figure out....so pics no diagrams plus you guys need to send me your email addresses.....Very simple rig.....use 40-50 lb leader, tie a swivel on the end...about 8 to 10 inches from the swivel tie a dropper loop....make sure the loop is big enough to fit thru the sinker eye and around the bottom of the sinker.....another 24 -28 inches of leader and tie on your red gill. Fish the rig on clean bottom in the ditch.....places like pips rip, the p hole and probably where your traps are...fish the 2 hours after the tide turns east.....after you cast it out let it bounce....it's a do nothing fishing rig. I have caught stripers to 20 pounds on this rig as well as cod over 10 pounds and done well when the fluke run through the ditch in august. From the top, First and third baits in the pic are red gills...second and fourth are eddystone eels......

yes sir ,, off that last jetty , between myself and you , going east from you ,,,he said somone pulled his gear and left him a note that he was to close ,, was that you ? he does seem very respectfull of not wanting to be to close to anyone , we did inform him of how close he was to you and how long you have been there , he has two traps but as we all know that will change as he gets the bug for lobstering ,, my fear here is he knows people and that might attrack more folks to our area ,,, so my thought was to move a little west to kind of hold our ground !whats your thoughts on this ?
